Posted on 01 February 2016
Happy New Year Lovelies!!! We hope everyone's having a great 2016 so far!
With less than a week to Lunar New Year, hopefully you beautiful ladies have gotten your festive outfits sorted?
However, if you're still agonising over what to wear this Chinese New Year, let us perhaps send some inspiration your way to get you started!
This dress is THE Lunar New Year Dress! It's bold, it's bright, it's beautiful! The colour pallet is absolutely gorgeous and definitely apt for CNY! A guarantee for approval, even from the elderlies. However, do note that it does have a bare back which might be a tad too revealing for some. But no worries here, as you can always just pair it off with some tube / bandeau top! Bring along the equally cute IPHORIA Power Clutch, to make sure your techs stay charged throughout the festivities to snap that zillion number of pictures with your loved ones.
If you're looking for something more modest, you'll love this Sahara Midi Dress. It has a beautiful drape that's flattering to any body shape, and a stunning slit that is more elegant than sexy. We say, wear this dress to your family reunion dinner and dress to impress! Don a sleek up do and pair it with statement earrings such as Vita Fede's Double Cubo Stone Earrings and you'll be well on your way to having a chic night out!
The Soleil Dot Midi Dress is probably one of the easiest dresses to wear in our store. It's cute, comfy and stylish with a pretty pastel-ly pink! For those of you who has a line up of activities to do during the holidays, give this dress a try! Sleek on some red bold lips to give this look an extra POP! x
For those who are planning to have a relaxing and down time to recharge during the holidays, this jumpsuit will help you to get in the zone with it's soft flowing fabric and loose fitting sleeves and shorts. Wear this outfit for a staycation at a zen spot, or for a coffee session with family and friends. Ditch the heels for this look and get comfortable from head to toe with cornetti's innamorati papaya.
Lunar New Year will not be what it is without wearing something RED. Personally, I think this is the outfit my mom and I will actually agree on. For her because it is red, and the skirt is at a decent length (duh). But I personally like it because the skirt has a super flattering cut and not to mention, a ton of adorable embroidered flowers decorating the skirt, making me feel like an absolute fairy. This is an ensemble that you can dress up or down according to preference, and look effortlessly fabulous in!
So, we've come to the end of our outfit selection for this Lunar New Year and we hope we've been of help! 6 more days to all the festive feasting, we can't wait and we wish everyone here a HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!
