Delivery & Returns
Please take note of the following deliveries during our SALE period.
1. Free Express Shipping using DHL will be provided for all orders above SGD$500.
2. Otherwise stated, all orders below SGD$500 will be shipped via standard shipping. Standard shipping will take approximately 3-12 business days to reach you, depending on your country of delivery.
By placing an order with et-i-kit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (if any) and the cost of return shipping back to et-i-kit. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 24 hours. In stock items, shipped using DHL should be on your doorstep within 2-5 business days.
All Singapore orders are sent by courier services and you should receive your orders within 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online.
If you do not receive your delivery within the given time frame, please call us at +65 6235 2845 from 11:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and we will gladly assist you in tracking the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Note Taxes, duties and custom fees will not be liable to us and will be bore by the customer according to your domestic tax system. For more information, please check with your local carrier for custom and tax fees if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at et-i-kit hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order, and we will assist you with your exchange or refund.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, et-i-kit will incur postage.
- Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
- The goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
- Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability, if your requested garment is not available then a refund will be issued and you will be notified via email.
- The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY FAULT, WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND HOSIERY, HAIR ACCESSORIES, EARRINGS OR SALE ITEMS.
Please note that all sale & discounted items are FINAL SALE.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty
What defines faulty?
- Manufacturing faults.
- Goods are different to the goods that you ordered.
- Goods do not do what they are supposed to.
- Goods have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
Incorrect or faulty items received & exchanges must be returned to the address above.
While et-i-kit makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund just that item or the entire order.
